In my role on a 250,000-square-foot multi-specialty hospital project in Nashik, I was instrumental in facilitating the execution phase by closely collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of over 20 project management consultants (PMC), mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) consultants, and structural engineers. My primary focus was on developing comprehensive construction drawings, which served as the backbone for the project’s successful implementation. I learned the critical importance of effective communication and coordination among diverse stakeholders, as well as the necessity of meticulous attention to detail in construction documentation. This experience reinforced my understanding of project timelines and how proactive problem-solving can help mitigate delays, ensuring that we met deadlines without compromising quality. Ultimately, I gained valuable insights into the complexities of managing large-scale healthcare projects and the collaborative spirit required to achieve common goals in a fast-paced environment.
