As the trophy coordinator for the LIK Trophy by NASA India, I had the opportunity to showcase my leadership skills while overseeing the organization and execution of this prestigious competition. The primary objective of the LIK Trophy is to encourage architectural excellence and innovation among students, providing them with a platform to present their creative ideas. My responsibilities included coordinating with participants, managing the jury process, and ensuring that all logistical aspects of the event ran smoothly. Working alongside a dedicated team, I facilitated discussions, resolved challenges, and fostered a collaborative environment that encouraged participants to explore their potential. This experience not only honed my organizational and communication skills but also deepened my appreciation for the talent and creativity within the architectural community. Ultimately, the successful execution of the LIK Trophy reinforced my belief in the importance of mentorship and support for emerging architects.
