The development is a thoughtfully designed mixed-use complex consisting of two interconnected masses that share the first three levels, balancing public, semi-public, and private functions with distinct access points tailored to their uses.
Building 1 is primarily accessed from the south street, leading directly to its lobby on Level 2. This level, which functions as the main floor, features four retail spaces with active frontages opening towards the adjacent park, enhancing accessibility and engagement with the public realm. The upper floors of Building 1 are dedicated to office spaces, designed to foster a professional atmosphere.
Building 2 caters to residential living on its upper levels, with an entrance on the west side offering a sense of privacy for its residents. This entrance connects to an outdoor corridor that seamlessly links to the park on the east, promoting a softer interaction with the surroundings. The main floor of Building 2 houses three retail spaces with vibrant frontages facing the central courtyard and the park, integrating the retail experience with the landscape.
At the heart of the development lies a lower-level courtyard, which acts as an extension of the communal ground floor. It features an amphitheater-style staircase that serves as both an access route and a venue for community events. The courtyard includes additional retail shops, green planters for seating, and a designated event space, fostering a lively and engaging atmosphere for visitors.
The spatial organization ensures that public areas are accessible and inviting, while the upper floors prioritize privacy and functionality for residential and office uses. Separate cores for each building provide efficient circulation and reinforce the distinction between the two masses. The thoughtful integration of active frontages, green spaces, and layered privacy creates a dynamic and balanced mixed-use environment.
