The mixed-use development comprises two interconnected masses sharing the first three floors, with distinct functions and entrances tailored to their uses. Building 1, located on Level 2, includes four retail spaces with active frontages facing the park and accessible entrances from the south street and park. The upper floors are designated as office spaces.
Building 2, with residential units on its upper levels, has a more private entrance on the west side, connecting to the park via an outdoor corridor. The main floor features three retail spaces with active frontages towards the central courtyard and park.
The shared courtyard, positioned at a lower level, extends the communal ground floor. It includes retail shops, an event space, and green planters designed for seating and socializing. Access to the courtyard is provided by an amphitheater-style staircase, which also serves as a venue for events. Each building’s core efficiently connects the ground level to the upper floors, ensuring functional separation and privacy.
